Operation Rice Bowl creates resources to help faith communities experience an enriched Lenten journey together. Parishes, religious educators, or individuals and families may download and adapt these resources to best enhance their Lenten celebration.

The Home Calendar Guide contains personal stories from beneficiaries of Catholic Relief Services' overseas programs, Lenten reflections and activities, and recipes of simple meat-less meals from different countries.

The Community and Parish Guide supplements all of the Operation Rice Bowl materials. It includes suggestions and resources to integrate Operation Rice Bowl into your parish gatherings and services.

The Activity Resource Guide contains a suggested activity for your Parish community, as well as the Lenten Prayer Eggs. The Prayer Eggs may be used as a part of the Prayer Service in the Community and Parish Guide .
